The practice of Yoga develops an awareness, through which we find balance and freedom in mind, body, and life. The awareness of helpful and unhelpful habits, gives us the ability to make choices. When we make conscious choices we are free. That freedom leads us to a deeper understanding of ourselves, what we truly want and how to find it. We can release obstacles, stress and excess tension to become the energy-efficient humans we were meant to be. With practice, the ease and skillful action we cultivate on the yoga mat begins to follow us into our daily life. Ultimately, Yoga has the power to transform us.
