5 Slow Counted Breaths - 1 minute 

In this brief practice, sit, stand, or lie down comfortably and breathe along with the count. The point is to make the inhale and exhale relatively even and to breathe a little slower than you usually do.

Repeat this as often as you'd like. The breathing takes 1 minute. Ultimately, even a single conscious breath can make a difference.


Body-Centered Focus Within Gravity - 7 minutes
​

Some people find that, in the midst of anxiety, focusing on the breath exacerbates the anxiety effects. 

This meditation uses the body, Earth, and gravity as points of focus, instead of breath.

Breath Focus to Open Attention - 20 minutes

This meditation beings with focusing attention on breathing
then gradually moves toward opening attention to all aspects of the moment
