Michael, before this [90-day transformation] challenge, I never thought to try yoga but at the recommendation of another instructor to incorporate a mind/body/spirit class into my routine, I found you. You ask that we search within ourselves to find a deeper meaning and connectivity to what we do, to focus on ourselves and there is no right or wrong. In the beginning I found myself constantly looking to see what everyone else was doing and it wasn't until you had us stare into the eyes of the person next to us without saying a word that I was really able to understand the need to stop comparing myself to others around me. Everybody has a form of discomfort, and this was the lesson I took from that challenge. Of all the classes I have taken, and the strength training I do, this class challenges me the most.
